These Terms of Use govern your use of PetTalk AI (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the App

PetTalk AI helps pet owners record observations, analyze pet behavior signals, keep a diary, and create reports. The app is an informational and organizational tool.

No Veterinary Diagnosis

PetTalk AI does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace a veterinarian. AI-generated analysis, recommendations, risk levels, and reports are for informational purposes only.

If your pet shows severe, sudden, worsening, painful, or unusual symptoms, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The information, photos, videos, and audio you submit.
• Reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
• Deciding when to contact a veterinarian.
• Using the app in a lawful and responsible way.

Subscriptions

PetTalk AI may offer Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any trial period, if offered, may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Premium Features

Premium features may include unlimited or expanded AI analysis, voice analysis, PDF reports, full data export, and other advanced features. Available features may change over time.
